Alan March Sport (AMS) provide Commentators, Announcers, Hosts, Commentary Training, Audio Description Specialists, PA Equipment, Sports Presentation and much more. We pride ourselves on our ability as well as our versatility!

We’ve provided our services at huge events such as London 2012, Rio 2016, Tokyo 2020, the FIFA Club World Cup, the FA Cup, the UEFA Champions League, IAAF World Athletics Championships, UEFA European Championships and many more. You don’t need to have been in the venue either, our commentators and presenters have worked on the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, BT Sports, Sky Sports, Eurosport and Freesports TV.

We are world leaders in Audio Description Commentary, a specialist form of commentary which provides blind and vision impaired listeners with detailed descriptions of the action. We provide the service at every home game for nine football clubs, with two more Premier League teams being added in the start of the 2022/23 season. In 2017 we formed a partnership with the Centre for Access to Football in Europe (CAFE) to provide English audio description at all major UEFA finals.

AMS are the trusted supplier of PA systems and announcers to the FA at the National Football Centre in St. George's Park, Burton. We’ve seen the massive impact the facility has had on English football helping the England Women’s Team lift the trophy at Euro 2022 and the England Men’s Team reach the Euro 2020 final.

As the official Sports Presentation partner of Loughborough University, we bring the atmosphere to every Loughborough Lightning netball and wheelchair basketball home fixture. As part of this partnership students at the university benefit from our volunteer scheme, which allows the students to experience every aspect of event management.

We’re hugely proud of these partnerships, which have allowed us to bring our services to a bigger audience while providing huge benefits beyond the service itself, including a huge improvement in accessibility for fans at elite football matches and helping the next generation join the sports media industry.

We’ve worked on a huge range of sports at every level of their respective pyramids. Our range of services can elevate any event to make them feel that bit more special and our live-streaming services can bring the action to people all around the globe.

Beyond sport, we’ve provided hosts and announcers to awards dinners and charity evenings and our videography, graphics and branding have been used by businesses as diverse as estate agents and beauty salons.

A note from the managing director...
In 2022 Alan March Sport Ltd. (AMS) celebrates its 10th anniversary, a huge milestone for any company and one which we’re incredibly proud to have reached. We’ve evolved constantly throughout those years, becoming the diverse and versatile business we are today. We've learned to recognise opportunities when they arise and grasp them with both hands, no matter the challenges involved. There have been hard times along the way, but even the most difficult moments offer valuable lessons which can enable future successes.

When I first started working in the industry, I was asked to talk and to entertain. Even as I announced at my first Olympic Games, I still couldn’t have imagined the joy, the friends, and the memories that lay ahead.
​
AMS is a family. People might join the company as strangers, but we always ask staff to do the same things. We want them to enjoy the job, to be creative, energetic, and become the face, name and personality our clients respect and call upon again and again. Somewhere in that process, they become part of the AMS family.
​
As we look towards the future, we know what we need to do. We will continue to work hard to provide the quality of service we always have so we can share the smiles, memories, laughter with our clients and their audiences. It’s something we’ve been doing for clients for over a decade and we will continue to do it with every new client we work with.
