Derby County
In 2023, Derby County joined the AMS Audio Description family, enriching the match day experience at Pride Park for blind and vision impaired fans.
AMS provided new equipment to enable in-venue broadcasts and trained a new team of audio describers to provide an impartial commentary service, meaning all games are fully accessible for both home and away supporters.

Accessing The Service
The Derby County AD service is free to use.
To access the service at Pride Park, supporters must book in by calling the DLSO on 01332 667528.
If it is your first time using the service, you’ll be required to fill out a collection form, so please leave yourself enough time to complete this so you don't miss kick-off.
Receivers can be returned via the ticket office from full time until 15 minutes after the game.
