Cardiff City FC joined the AMS Audio Description family in 2019, and AD commentary is now available at all Bluebirds fixtures, plus selected events held at Cardiff City Stadium.
Our Audio Describers are trained to deliver an impartial commentary, making it suitable for both home and away fans, and ensuring access for all at every Cardiff City game.

Accessing The Service
The Cardiff City AD service is free to use.
To book a receiver, please email ben.jones@cardiffcityfc.co.uk. or call 03333 111 920 and ask to be connected with Ben. You will need to provide your name, phone number, and ticket details (stand, block, row, and seat).

It is also possible to request a receiver at the stadium on matchday via one of the matchday stewards, however due to limited availability we advise you put in a booking request at least 48 hours before the match.

A receiver will be delivered to you ahead of kick off by a steward.
For your comfort and personal hygiene, we always recommend you bring your own headphones. These should be wired headphones with a normal, 3.5mm jack.
